What rights does every human being have?

“Broadly speaking, in the United States, that would be life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness if you wish to go with Jefferson or life, liberty and property if you like the 14th Amendment. Both mean the same thing: property, happiness, wealth, earnings, savings, love, inheritance, intellect, ideas, concepts, goals , your favorite skate board, your soul. More explicitly; the 26 inalienable rights in the Bill of Rights and the 6 additional citizenship and voting rights in the subsequent Amendments.

Every person has these rights because our governance confirms what we all know to be true; we have them because they come from our Creator (or whatever deity you like or just from your own conscious mind) and not from any man or government and cannot be taken away because they are eternal and belong to no one but you.

It is the nature and the important weight of these rights that sets them apart from other concepts of desirability, hopefulness, sincerity and convenience that would be nice to have if there were a way to get them without depriving others of something for them. And no matter how desirable they may seem to be, they can be taken away if the resources for gaining them are simply not there.

The big 3 in the first paragraph and the 32 enumerated are not just inalienable and yours, they are truly free and come with nothing but your determination of hang on to them. They come for free, as long as you have freedom.”

What rights does every human have?

“The only rights that every human has are the rights of having a choice, which is about consciously directing how we dictate the experience of our life despite external circumstances. This is what make us human. The rest is fabricated by ideology, culture, philosophy and, collectively, an anthropocentric interpretation to justify what should and shouldn’t be. The natural choice for humans is to choose happiness and to be free from suffering. When an individual recognizes this inner right, the rest does not matter.”

What rights does every human have?

“Every human who exists has been born and thus assumed the basic right of living a human life.  Because of circumstances, our lives all play out differently.  We are all socialized..  If we can free ourselves from the confines of our own conditioned perceptions of reality, we all have a playground of consciousness available.  That goes for the wealthiest people all the way to the poorest.  Even within the confines of our society’s laws and restrictions, the right to explore consciousness is omnipresent.”

What rights does every human have?

“Every human has the right to experience their consciousness as they choose.  As long as they obey the laws and pay their bills, every human being has the right to the expanse of their own mind.  Despite less than moral use of the media, advertisements, propaganda, and other assaults on our mental state, we all have the right to escape such onslaughts and protect our consciousness from what does not bring it benefit.  This is the only right that every human has.”

What rights does every human have?

“None.  Millions of humans do not have enough food to eat.  Billions of humans are living on under $10 a day.  Millions more can’t vote and billions don’t have adequate healthcare or education.  Those that do have all these things are often stuck in such a fog of delusion, they don’t know how good they have it and imprison themselves in a realm of attachment, jealousy, and materialism.   Until every human has these basic tenets to happiness and wellbeing, there are no rights we all have.”
