“Numerically it seems more probable there is life outside of Earth than there isn’t. But, I do find it disconcerting that we’ve yet to come across any real signs of other intelligent life. I’d like to believe that there is. I think it would make more sense with my own personal theories about the nature of reality if we weren’t alone in this universe. Maybe we have come across other life, and that information just isn’t open to the public. That seems likely to me. Or maybe our look into space, even though it feels so very big for us, is still just too small.”
