“Union of the American Commune – The UAC is a country that comprises all of America plus some parts of Europe that have been occupied. The capital and largest city would be Washington D.C, New York, Brasilia or any city depending on who you ask. The country is made up of about 3 provinces: North America, comprising the United States, Canada and Mexico, Central America with all of Central America and South America comprising of the old countries of South America. Keep in mind, that these provinces are further divided into several states, with each state having its own constitution and anthem as well as its own motto.

Government

The country is a Unitary One-Party Socialist Republic, however they’ve been adapting some capitalist features in order to ease tensions with the rest of the world. The country follows the historical paths and instead of having a “president”, it has a Premier which controls the American Associate Council or the Politburo for the Russians.

The Premier usually gives several speeches on the Victory over Europe and the May Parade. This “May Parade” is done to congratulate the soldiers who fought for the country and returned home or died.

The AAC is comprised of hundreds of representatives of the People’s American Party and it’s further divided into 6 people who usually give speeches, some of them being given by the Premier himself.

The economy of the country is doing pretty well with several economic reforms being done to ease tensions with the poor people. Homeless people make about 0.01% of the people in the UAC and there are no elite classes since they’re considered bourgeois. The 0.01% of the homeless people usually are given money to buy clothes, food or even houses.

Since 2037, the UAC has made several colonies on both the Moon and Mars and is planning to create the first space city in Mars by 2078. This space city will be called “New Amerika”.

Technology

The technology is amazing. You’ve got everything from plasma rifles to bioengineered shields. Conscription was introduced right before the War over Fort Malagui which almost caused a World War 3. However, the War over Fort Malagui ended in American victory.

The military is made of about 2.8M men, thousands of tanks, thousands of aircraft… The number will increase by 2054, however, with the UAC planning to at least have 4.1M men.
